Feb 6, 2013 Master project collaboration betwen TU Bergakademie Freiberg and Lille General

A Master Thesis has been announced at the Technische Universitaet Bergakademie Freiberg on "Dislocation modeling in olivine by molecular dynamics".

This is a collaboration between Dr. Sébastien Groh (Freiberg) and Philippe Carrez.

The aim of the project is to implement a core-shell model in a molecular dynamics code to describe ionic materials. After validation on the elastic properties, the model will be applied to dislocation modeling in olivine.
