The research theme Architectured Microstructure Materials consists of the following permanent staff: Marie-Noëlle Avettand-Fénoël, Imen AZZOUZ, David BALLOY, Franck BéCLIN, Catherine CORDIER, Hugo DESMARCHELIER, Chloé GRANDJEAN, Gang JI, Rajesh KUMARI RAJENDRAN, François QUINZIN, Guy REUMONT, Rajashekhara SHABADI, Matthieu TOUZIN. David Balloy is managing it.

We focus on the elaboration and the characterization of the microstructure as well as the mechanical and functional properties according to 3 topics and with the main equipments presented below.

In parallel, we undertook an approach to take into account the environmental aspects of materials and processes by the measure of the impacts by life cycle analysis (LCA).
